We sat down with wellness expert Jeff Krasno to discuss lifestyle and skincare. In 2018, Jeff co-founded Commune Media, an online learning platform for personal and societal well-being. As CEO & Chairman, Jeff focuses on business development and talent relationships. Jeff also hosts the Commune podcast, interviewing a wide variety of luminaries from Deepak Chopra and Marianne Williamson to Matthew McConaughey and Russell Brand.
What was your path to living a life focused on wellness and well-being?
My better 3/4 Schuyler opened a yoga studio above my office at Ground Zero in early 2022. I had a front row seat to the power of yoga and community to heal. That experience bent the arc of my personal and professional life.
I combine a 16-8 intermittent fasting protocol, cold water therapy and resistance training … and as much tennis as possible.
